Danielle Creme
Danielle Creme is a figurative artist who works mainly with oil on canvas and stone.
“Much of my work focuses on the search for identity and community. I explore the dissonance of who we really are and what we present due to societal pressures and expectations and the psychological toll it takes. This ever-present ambivalence, which creates such duality in ourselves and society, is the main topic of my work.”
Creme’s work also investigates the intricate relationships we share—how connection, vulnerability, and societal constructs influence how we relate, as well as how empathy and alienation shape our interactions.
