Rashida Osman is an award-winning Islamic fine artist, calligrapher, educator, and curator
known for her distinctive blend of traditional Islamic arts and contemporary expression. With British and African heritage, Rashida draws inspiration from Maghrebi Andalusi’s calligraphy and illumination, creating works that delve into themes of spirituality, inner peace, and connection with the Divine.

When asked about what she loves most about her studio she says ‘I love the natural light especially at sunset. It casts a warm glow over the whole studio and bathes all my work in the most beautiful hues.”
