Dharshana Bajaj

Chennai-based contemporary Indian visual artist Dharshana Bajaj creates landscapes and conceptual artworks based on the ideas of Oneness and Living in Harmony with Nature. She holds an MA in History of Fine Arts from Stella Maris College, Chennai.

About her studio she shares “The fact that I have the space to create art is the greatest blessing. Sometimes that can be a corner of the spare room in the house, or my own bedroom in which I end up painting my larger canvases. One day I hope to have a room I can call my studio, exclusively dedicated to art. But the important thing is to keep creating art wherever we are and with whatever resources are available to us in the moment.”
